In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Father, Grandfather & Great-Grandfather

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Daddy, Michael B. Saballa Sr.

Our Dad was born and raised in Kahalu‘u and attended Castle High School. He was well-known as a “kolohe  Boy,” a name that reflected the strong, resilient, and unforgettable person he was.

No matter what life threw at him, Daddy always knew how to survive. Life brought him many challenges, but he never let those challenges keep him down. He was a fighter, a survivor, and someone who always found a way to keep moving forward.

Dad had a heart of gold. He was the kind of person who would help anyone in need, even if it meant giving them his last five dollars. He gave from the heart and never expected anything in return. His kindness, strength, his love for oldies, his humor, and unforgettable spirit will forever remain a part of all who had a chance to know and loved him.

He leaves behind 5 brothers, 4 sisters, his white splash(mommy),6 children, 14 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren, who will carry his memory, his stories, and his love with them for generations to come.

Though our hearts are broken, we are grateful for every memory, every laugh, every lesson, and every moment we were blessed to have with him. Although he returned home to Jesus his love and spirit will always be in our hearts.

You will forever be loved, forever be missed, and forever be a part of us.
