Peter Kupau Yamaguchi

With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Peter Kupau Yamaguchi, age 51, who was born in Kahuku and raised in Haleiwa.

Peter was the beloved son of the late Andrew Kupau Ah Quin and Barbara Ah Quin, Dad Aaron Sarahina, and hanai mom Panida K. Miho. He is survived by his life partner, best friend & 1st love, Roxy Ramirez;
his siblings, Joseph Kipu Yamaguchi, Bernadette (George) Lagua, and Elizabeth (Daniel) Lee, his hanai daughter, E’Laishah K. Ramirez and hanai son Logan A. Magno-Ramirez and his daughters, Lahela, Lehua, and Monica; his son, Andrew;
followed by his grandchildren, many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, who will all carry his memory in their hearts.

Peter had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was a kind, generous, and a caring person who gave freely of himself to those around him. He had a special love for working on cars, something that brought him joy and allowed him to share his time and talents with others.

Peter will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. His kindness, laughter, memories, and the love he shared will forever remain in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

Though he is no longer with us, his memory will live on through his children, family, and the many lives he touched along the way.

Rest peacefully, Peter. You will be loved, remembered, and missed always.
