Cheyenne Hokulani Belford

December 21, 1991 - May 19, 2026

Celebration of Life

Cheyenne Hokulani Belford was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to Kathrine Mara. Peter and
Moncia Belford Jr. later adopted Cheyenne and her two sisters.
Cheyenne was so very enthusiastic about the oval dirt track races, where our dad Peter
Belford Jr., and our brother and uncles used to race. She loved it so much she had our
dad’s race car tattooed on her. She was also very enthusiastic about her Hawaiian
Culture and all her nieces and nephews. Cheyenne loved sharing about her family
history and stories about all her family members. She thought she was the family tree
book and the human babble and thought she could speak different languages.
Cheyenne’s famous line was “It’s never goodbye, it was always see you later.”
Cheyenne Hokulani Belford was preceded by Peter and Moncia Belford, Jr. Cheyenne
survived by her sisters Chalei Belford, Christina Belford (Kepa Kaleiohi), Desiree Mara
Valdez, Kayla Ching (Patrick Ching), Chayla Belford, and brothers Peter Bellford III, and
Wisdom Quiocho, and numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
