Luana Haunani Macloves was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on January 9,1950 and passed away on May 26, 2023. She was predeceased by husband, Edward James Macloves II; predeceased by brothers: Edward (Hollis “Hauoli”) Catrett and Allen (Isabel) Catrett; survived by siblings: Lana (Nathan) Lewis, Edwina (Jonathan) Kim, Laureen “Iwalani” (Darryl) Shimono, Gary (Cara Keola) Catrett, and Keahi “Gayle” Medeiros; survived by her children: Reylen, Travis “Kaleo” (Charis “Shasha”), Edward III (Malia), and James “Keola” (Deborah); grandchildren: Kekoa (Sherri) Ramirez, Kaula Macloves, Alohilani (Khi) Chandler, Akahi Lau, Keolakanealohanokeakua “Keola” Macloves, Micah Kamahiai, Victoria Macloves-Calivoso, Christian Kamahiai, and Reislen Kamahiai-Macloves; and 11 great grandchildren. Private services were held, and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later time.
