Luke Joseph Borszem

July 12, 2001 - March 19, 2026

Celebration of Life

At 6:04am on March 19, 2026, Luke Joseph (Reed) Borszem broke free from a life of disabilities. After nearly six weeks in the hospital and three emergency surgeries, his formerly healthy body could fight no longer. Luke’s leaving was peaceful — mother & auntie at his side and brother Evan close by.
To know Luke was to experience joy in its purest form. He had a remarkable gift for drawing people in—welcoming them into his own world where laughter, teasing, and connection came easily.
It mattered not whether you were family, caregiver, or just someone who happened to be in the same elevator, Luke was excited to see you. He had a way of making you feel special, seen, and part of his inner circle. Luke’s spirit will forever leave a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to have met him.
Predeceased by loving grandparents John Luke Reed and Diane Rosier, Luke is survived by his mother Tracey Reed, brother Evan Borszem, sisters Lyndsie (Jason) Schnaus & Brittney Minor, and father Joe. He leaves uncles & aunties Terry Reed, Cindy & Chris Farley, Christopher & Yolanda Reed, Fred & Sheryl Borszem and Cynthia Rosier, along with his loving cousins, nieces & nephews.
Although Luke’s absence leaves an unfillable void, we can find solace in the memories and the love he so easily shared.
The world is suddenly very quiet.
